Printing on Envelopes
4 Load the envelopes with the flap side
down, and against the left edge of the tray.
The stamp area is on the left side and the
end of the envelope with the stamp area
enters the Multi-Purpose Tray first.
5 Adjust the guide to the left edge of the
envelope stack.
3 Flex or fan the envelopes to supply air
through them for loading.
6 When you print on envelopes, configure
the paper source, type and size properly
in the software application. For details,
see page 5.3.
7 After printing, close the Multi-Purpose
Tray and the rear output tray.
