If Material Piles in Front of Sweeper
• Decrease travel speed
• Increase the engine rpm
• Make more than 1 pass
• Raise the brush to decease the contact area
• Increase the sweeper angle

If Brush Wears Unevenly
• Check for material wrapped around the brush
• Clean underneath the hood

If Driveline Wears Quickly
• Decrease travel speeds
• Make more than 1 pass, especially in deep, heavy
materials
• Avoid ramming piles
• Lack of lubrication – lubricate more often
