How to modify a Queue?

The description, location, type, and connected printer settings of a
queue can be modified:

Proceed as follows:

1. Click Queues/Jobs.
2. Click Modify in the list of queues.
3. Change the description string if desired; see: Parameter

Settings - Create Queue on page 34.

4. Change the location string if desired.
5. Click Next.
6. Change the queue type if desired.
7. Click Next.
8. Change the settings of the connected printer if desired.
9. Click OK.

How to stop or restart a Queue? (Accumulate Print Jobs)

It is possible to accumulate print jobs in a queue and to print them
at a later date. In order to do this, you must stop the queue. All
incoming print jobs are stored in the queue.

When the queue is restarted later, all pending jobs are printed one
after another. You can also store all printed jobs in the job
repository or the queue.

Proceed as follows:

1. Click

Queues/Jobs.

2. Click Settings in the list of queues.
3. Click Stop to stop the queue or

click Start to restart the queue.

How to reject or accept Print Jobs?

It is possible to configure queues in such a way that this accepts or
rejects print jobs. This is important when a queue is not operational.

Proceed as follows:

1. Click Queues/Jobs.
2. Click Setting in the list of queues.
