PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION

blinking and status
light is on
The good battery
does not have
sufficient power
(less than  volts)
The short cable
has been plugged
into the wrong
vehicle
Start the good-
battery vehicle
to provide extra
power to the
VTV-20
Make sure the
short cable is
plugged into the
good-battery’s
vehicle
