Updating the Firmware
SanDisk occasionally releases firmware updates, which may include new features and
performance enhancements. To ensure your Sansa Fuze TM media player has the latest
firmware, please visit our Knowledgebase .
Formatting the Player
WARNING: Formatting the player will delete all the content you have on the player.
1. From the main menu, select Settings.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Format.
4. Select Yes to start formatting.
You can also format your player from a PC using Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player.
