7.3.3 Using the rotisserie in cooking ranges with a large oven
Insert the support framework on the second
guide up from the bottom in such a way that
the spit housing is outside the oven. Position
the spit as shown in figure (1) and push the
framework inside the oven until the end of the
spit meets the corresponding hole for the
rotisserie motor. Now push the rotisserie spit to
the left (see position shown in figure 2). To
activate this function, set the switch to position
( ).
These procedures must be carried out
when the oven is switched off and cold.

At the end of the cooking process, pull the spit
out of hole (3) using the appropriate tool and
take out the framework (4) so that you can
remove the rotisserie spit from the oven.
