Detergents

Ther e are 3 sorts of d etergents

1.With phosphate and with ch lorine
2.With phosphate and without chlorine
3.Withou t phosphate and without chloride

Based on their chemical composition, dishwasher can be split in tw o basic t ypes:

The use of

normal

washing programmes i n co njunction with conce ntrated dete rgents

redu ces pollution and is good for your dishes; these wash p rogrammes are spec ially matched

to the dirt-dissolving properties o f the enzymes of the concentrated de terg ent. For this reason

normal

wash program mes in which concentrated detergents are used ca n achie ve the same

results that c an o therwise only be ach ieved using

int ensive

programmes.

Dete rgent tablets of diffe rent brands disso lve at di fferent speeds. For this reason some
detergent tablets cannot dissolve and develop the ir full cleaning power during short
prog rammes. Therefore please use long progr ammes when using d ete rgent tab lets, to
ensure the complete removal of detergent residua ls.

Concentrated Detergent

low alkalin e co ncentrated detergen ts with n atural enzymes

Normally new pulverised detergent is with out phosphate. T he water so ftener function of
phospha te is not given. In this case we recommend to fill salt in the salt con taine r even when
the hardness of water is only 6 dH. If dete rgents witho ut phosphate we re used i n case of ha rd water
often white spots appear at dishes and glasse s. In this cas e please add mo re de tergent to reach
better results. Detergents without chlorine do only bleach a little. S tron g and coloured spots will not
removed completely. In this c ase please choo se a prog ramme with high er Temp erat ure.

Deterge nt tablets are only for the models with 3 in 1 function or 3 in 1 program.

Proper Use of Detergent

Adjusting Rinse Aid Dispenser

Th e rinse aid dispenser has four settings.The re comme nded setting is on "3".
If the d ishes still are not drying prop erly or are spotted, adjust the dia l to the

next higher number on "4".

Increase the dose if there are drops of water o r lime spots on the dishes after washing.
Reduce it if there are sticky whitis h stains on your dish es o r a bluish film on glassware or
knife blades.
