SCAN TO E-MAIL
1) Using Internet Explorer, type the IP address of the machine into the
address bar and press Go
2) Log in the Administrator Mode by typing the Administrator’s Code of eight
zeros in to the Log-in box. Click Log-in with your mouse
3) Click on Network at the top and then E-mail/Internet Fax – Send
4) Enter the IP address of the SMTP server and click Apply
5) Click on Scan at the top of the screen
6) Enter a Device Name and E-Mail Address (From).
The e-mail address does not
have to be a real e-mail address.
