dedicated outlet.

To turn the control unit on: Press the ON / OFF

button until the display lights up.

To turn the control unit off: Keep the ON /

OFF button pressed for three seconds so that

the temperature display goes out.

Drinking Temperatures of Wine

The following drinking temperatures are

recommended for the various types of wine.
Red wines

57°F to 64°F (14°C to 18°C)

Rosé wines

50°F to 54°F (10°C to 12°C)

White wines

46°F to 54°F (8°C to 12°C)

Sparkling wines

44°F to 48°F (7°C to 9°C)

Champagne

41°F to 44°F (5°C to 7°C)
