PIN CODE Key

The PIN CODE (Personal Identification Number) prevents unauthorized personnel from
making calls. Some office telephone systems require you to enter not only the phone
number but also a PIN number when you dial an outside line. You can dial a PIN plus fax
number, but the PIN will not appear in the LCD or on any printout.

1

With your unit at a ready condition, press the PIN
CODE Key.

2

Enter your PIN Code, make sure it is correct and
press YES.

3

Select the remote location using a One-Touch Key,
a Speed Dial Key or manually entering the number
from the 10-Key Pad.

Note: The entry of your PIN is active only for this session and must be re-
entered for each new session.
