Jabra SP700
Software upgrade
it is possible to upgrade the speakerphone software following
these steps:
- Download the latest version of jabra700update .exe from
www .jabra .com/SP700 .
- Click the exe file to start up the program and follow the
instruction .
- Turn off the speakerphone .
- Connect the speakerphone to the computer using the uSb
cable .
- Press simultaneously fm button and volume up button .
- When entering Software upgrade mode, the designated ring
tone can be heard .
- make sure the “Jabra SP700” appears listed in the Windows
device manager .
- When you are prompted to install the driver, install the Jabra
provided driver .
- after the “Jabra SP700” appears in the Windows device
manager, the car kit software can be upgraded .
TroubleshooTing & faQ
I hear crackling noises
- bluetooth is a radio technology, which means it is sensitive to
objects between the speakerphone and the connected device .
it is designed for the speakerpone and the connected device to
be used within 33 feet (10 meters) of each other, with no major
objects in the way (walls, etc .) .
I cannot hear anything on my speakerphone
- increase the volume on the speakerphone
- ensure that the speakerphone is paired to a device that is
playing
- make sure your phone is connected to the speakerphone by
tapping the answer/end button .
I am having pairing problems
- you may have deleted your speakerphone pairing connection
in your mobile phone .
follow the pairing instructions .
