Display

On the EFX576i and EFX546i, changes in ramp incline affect different
muscle groups. As you raise and lower the ramp, lights appear and
indicate the muscle groups that are being worked.

To target a specific muscle group, adjust the ramp incline within the
levels shown in Table 2.

For more information about the CrossRamp feature and total body
workouts, refer to the Precor web site (www.precor.com).

More Information about the
Upper Display

The estimated cumulative number of calories burned and the program
profile appear during an exercise session in the upper portion of the
display. Your heart rate appears if you are using the chest strap or
touch-sensitive handrail grips.

Refer to Heart Rate Features.

During a workout, the program profile raises or lowers according to
which arrow key (

▲ or ▼) is pressed. On the EFX576i and EFX546i,

the program profile is affected by the CROSSRAMP arrow keys with
the exception of the Basic HRC Program and the Fitness Test.

On the EFX556i, changes to the resistance affect all program
profiles because the ramp is stationary and there are no
CROSSRAMP keys. The column height changes according to the
settings shown in Diagram 3.
