5. Place the documents on the hopper ( 1 ) with the side to be scanned facing up.
Then push the documents in the direction of the arrow until they stop.

• The height of the documents should not exceed the limit mark ( 2 ) on the document guide. This
may cause a paper jam or skewing.
• The scanning width is different for the KV-S4065CL / KV-S4085CL and KV-S4065CW /
KV-S4085CW.
