Playing still pictures and SD VIDEO (MPEG4) programs
[HDD] [RAM] [SD] [CARD]
Only insert or remove the SD/PC card after turning the unit off.
When the card indicator (“SD” or “CARD”) on the unit display is
flashing, the card is being read from or written to. Do not turn off the
power or remove the card. Such action may result in malfunction or
loss of the card’s contents.

≥ It is not possible to open the disc tray while the still pictures/SD
VIDEO (MPEG4) programs screen is displayed.

While stopped
Press [FUNCTIONS].
The FUNCTIONS window appears ( ➜ page 50).

Press [ 3 , 4 , 2 , 1 ] to
select “JPEG” to play still
pictures or “SD VIDEO
(MPEG4)” to play SD VIDEO
(MPEG4) programs and
press [ENTER].

Press [ 3 , 4 ] to select “INPUT” and
press [ENTER].

≥ JPEG
A list of the folders in the drive appears.
Press [ 3 , 4 ] to select the folder and
press [ENTER].
To select another drive, press [ 2 ] and [ 3 , 4 ] to select and
press [ 1 ].
≥ SD VIDEO (MPEG4)
Press [ 3 , 4 ] to select the drive and
press [ENTER].
When there are folders not displayed, use [ : ], [ 9 ] to
switch between them.

Press [ 3 , 4 ] to select “Album” and
press [ENTER].
A list of the still pictures in the folder appears.
≥ If there are more than 9
still pictures, press [ 3 ,
4 , 2 , 1 ] to select “Next”
and press [ENTER].
Select “Prev.” to move
back.
≥ To select a page of still
pictures with the num-
bered buttons:
e.g., “5”: [0]

To remove the card, press the card in once more and then
repeat steps
1 – 2 .
