If your unit is connected to a PBX, pressing

allows you to access some features of

your host PBX such as transferring an extension call.

RECALL

If your unit is connected to a PBX, you need to dial an access number (usually 9) to get an
outside line. In this case, inserting a pause between the access number and the telephone
number is necessary, especially when redialling or storing the number into memory. Pressing

creates a dialling delay in the dialling sequence.

Example 2:

If a transmission error occurs during an overseas transmission, add two pauses at the end of the
telephone number.
