To ignore incoming calls, press [IGNORE].

ANSWERING CALLS

When your phone rings or vibrates, press
to answer the incoming call.
(Depending on your phone’s settings, you may
also answer incoming calls by opening the flip
or by pressing any digit key.)

To end a call, press .

The speaker phone feature lets you hear through the speaker and talk
without holding the phone.

SPEAKER PHONE

To turn the speaker phone on/off while in idle,
answering or calling modes, press and hold .

The phone returns to normal (Speaker Phone Off)
after ending a call or when the phone is turned off
and back on.

ANSWERING A CALL

To answer a call, press any key except , ,

, , or .

To end the call, press .

Pauses are used for automated systems (e.g., voice mail, calling cards).
Insert a pause after a phone number then enter another group of
numbers. The second set of numbers is dialed automatically after the
pause. This feature is useful for dialing into systems that require a code.

HARD/TIMED PAUSE FEATURE

To insert a hard/timed pause, enter a phone
number then press [MENU]. Select either a
Hard Pause (“P”) or a Timed Pause (“T”).

Press to dial or to save.

(Refer to page 30 for more details about
storing a phone number.)

Hard Pause : Inserting a “Hard Pause” means that the caller

has to press the “Send” key before the dialing
continues.

Timed Pause : Inserting a “Timed Pause” suspends the

dialing for 2 seconds before the dialing
continues.
