- Delete: to delete a contact. Select the contact to be deleted and select
“Delete the selected element “. To delete all contacts, select “Delete all”
b) Synchronize : to synchronize the phonebook with the information saved in
Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook. Description:
- “Outlook express towards the telephone” copies the information from
the phonebook (only the information in the two programmes; the infor-
mation will be partially copied).
- “Telephone towards Outlook Express” takes the information found in the
phonebook and transmits it to Outlook.
- “Microsoft Outlook towards the telephone” copies the information from
the phonebook (only the information in the two programmes; the infor-
