Chapter 9 Solving Problems
While
receiving Paper out An error massage will appear on the display if
the machine has run out of the paper while
receiving a document. Load paper.
Paper jam If paper jam occurs, an error code is displayed.

The machine won’t receive
automatically • Check the telephone line connection.
• Check the receive mode settings.
• If “13 Auto Print JRNL” set to “Valid” in
Function Parameters (Fax/Email Settings>
Fax Parameters), and the machine is printing
the received document(s) from memory, which
also happens to be the 200th transaction, the
machine will not auto answer until the
Transaction Journal completes printing.
