WARRANTY
Residential Applications:
Model # CSS-10
The power supply carries a full two year warranty. Cells carry a one (1) year full warranty, and a two (2) year pro-rated warranty.
Commercial Applications:
All models have a one (1) year warranty on the Power Supply and Cell if installed in a commercial application.
Special Conditions:
On site labor, service calls or freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall the
manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages, inconveniences or expenses in connection with removal or replacement of
equipment.
Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for damages caused to persons, or property, as a result of use of this
equipment.
The Following Invalidates the Warranty:
1. Incorrect installation.
2. Failure to inspect the cell on a regular basis.
3. Misuse.
4. Water in excess of 113 degrees passing through the cell.
5. If the Cell is used for any other purpose than described herein.
6. Operating the Cell at a pressure exceeding 30psi.
7. Operating the cell at either lower or higher than recommended salt levels.
8. Unit is operated without the pump operating to provide the required water flow.
