Figure 18 shows an
example of the DVI
interface. It permits direct
connection of the digital
video signal to the Format
converter. This bypasses
the D/A and A/D process
providing the better
quality picture.
Installation of the DVI interface requires removal of the HY/HZ Board and
replacing it with an optional DVI interface board.
