Modifying a Group List
Deleting a Group List
Recording, Copying and Replying to Messages
These functions allow you to record and send, reply to, or copy a
message to a mailbox number, a name in the Nextel Voice Mail Service
directory, or a Group List number, to an assigned destination address.
NOTE: If you record a complete or partial message—but do not send
it, Nextel Voice Mail Service will refer to this message as an “in
preparation” message. (Before sending messages you may
want to see “Delivery Options” on page 48.)
1 From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal
Options.
2 Press 2 to access Group Lists.
3 Press 4 to modify a Group List.
4 Enter the number of the Group List you want to modify.
5 Press 1 to add a new recipient.
6 Press # to save your changes.
7 Press ** to return to the main menu.

2 Press 2 to access Group Lists.
3 Press 3 to delete a group list.
4 Enter the number of the Group List you want to delete. The sys-
tem will play the name of the group list.
5 Press # to delete the list.
6 Press ** to return to the main menu.
