Note on mirror mode
While recording in mirror mode, the menu does
not appear on the LCD screen or in the
viewfinder.
Note on changing the mode settings
Menu items differs depending on the setting of
the POWER switch to VTR or CAMERA/
PHOTO.

Items for both CAMERA/PHOTO and
VTR modes
COMMANDER* <ON/OFF>
•Select ON when using the supplied Remote
Commander for the camcorder.
•Select OFF when not using the Remote
Commander.
REC MODE <SP/LP>
•Select SP when recording in SP (standard play)
mode.
•Select LP when recording in LP (long play)
mode.
BEEP <ON/OFF>
•Select ON so that beeps sound when you start/
stop recording, etc.
•Select OFF when you do not want to hear the
beep sound.
TITLEERASE
Erase the title you have made.
LCD COLOR
Select this item and change the level of the
indicator by turning control dial up (+) or down
(–) to adjust the color intensity of the picture.
DISPLAY <LCD or V-OUT/LCD>
•Normally select LCD.
•Select V-OUT/LCD to display indicator both on
the LCD screen and the TV screen.

• Seleccione ON cuando emplee el control remoto
suministrado para controlar la videocámara.
• Seleccione OFF cuando no emplee el control
remoto.
REC MODE <SP/LP>
• Seleccione SP al grabar en el modo SP
(reproducción estándar).
• Seleccione LP al grabar en el modo LP
(reproducción de larga duración).
BEEP <ON/OFF>
• Seleccione ON para que la unidad emita pitidos
al iniciar/detener la grabación, etc.
• Seleccione OFF si no desea oír los pitidos.
TITLEERASE
Borra los títulos creados.
LCD COLOR
Seleccione este elemento y cambie el nivel del
indicador girando el dial de control hacia arriba
(+) o hacia abajo (–) para ajustar la intensidad del
color de la imagen.
DISPLAY <LCD o V-OUT/LCD>
• Normalmente, seleccione LCD.
• Seleccione V-OUT/LCD para mostrar los
indicadores en la pantalla LCD y en la del TV.
