Extension/Resource matches an extension in the Cable Management
Module, then:
• A cable information link on the Ticket dialog box enables you to access
the Cable dialog box directly from the Ticket.
• The information displayed in the fields Building, Room, Floor, Pair,
and Jack are taken from the cable management.
