Editing

On the BR-800, the following content is saved as song data.

• Recorded data

• The state of the mixer (pan, track EQ, etc.)

• Song patches for the insert effect

• Song patches for the mastering effect

• Arrangement/Pattern

• Loop effect

• Utilities

The above content is saved when you stop recording or
when you return to the play screen.

The screen will show a message confirming the save, so you
don’t need to be specifically aware of this. However, if you
want to save the song in its current state, proceed as
follows.

Press the [MENU] button.

Use the CURSOR [

] [

] buttons to move the

cursor to “SONG,” and press the [ENTER] button.

Use the CURSOR [

] [

] buttons to move the

cursor to “SAVE CURRENT STATE,” and press the

[ENTER] button.

The SAVE CURRENT STATE screen will appear.

To save the song, press the [ENTER] button.

* While the data is being updated, the display will indicate

“Keep power on!” Do not turn off the power while this
message is shown.

Press the [EXIT] button a number of times to return to

the play screen.
