Connecting External
Speakers (Optional)

Connect the

(positive) and

(negative) speaker wires to the rear-panel SPEAKER-R

and SPEAKER-L terminals; see Figure 3-8. Maintain the correct polarity. For more
information, refer to the owner’s manual for your speakers.

Connecting to a Dolby
Digital Amplifier

If your home theater has a Dolby Digital amplifier or receiver, connect the digital audio
output from the Crystal Series LCD to the digital audio input of the amplifier/receiver as
shown in Figure 3-9. The Crystal Series LCD supports both coaxial (S/PDIF) and optical
(TosLink) digital audio connections.

secure the wire in place.

The audio output level is fixed. (The volume and mute controls affect
