DISINFECTING INSTRUCTIONS – DAILY
Model NE-U22V
MicroAir Vibrating Mesh Nebulizer

COMPONENTS WILL RESULT IN THE RISK OF BACTERIAL GROWTH,
ILLNESS, AND SERIOUS INJURY FROM CONTAMINATION,
COMPROMISED MEDICATION DELIVERY, AND POSSIBLE DAMAGE
TO THE DEVICE.

• NOT operate the device if not properly assembled.
Do
• NOT operate the device if not working correctly.
Do
• NOT rinse or immerse the Main Unit in any liquid.
Do
• NOT wash or rinse any of the parts under the strong running water.
Do
• NOT touch the mesh with your hand or any other object.
Disinfect the Medication Bottle, Mesh Cap, Mask, Mouthpiece, and Mask
Adapter after the last treatment of each day.
It is important to disinfect your unit on a daily basis.
Make disinfecting solution of 1 part white vinegar and 3 parts distilled water.

Do NOT use household bleach. The mesh will rust.
Lift open the Mesh Cap and pour a small amount of disinfecting solution into the

Medication Bottle.
Turn on the device to nebulize the disinfecting solution for 1 to 2 minutes.

Turn off the device and remove the Medication Bottle from the Main Unit.

Remove the Mesh Cap from the Medication Bottle and discard any remaining

disinfecting solution from the Medication Bottle.
Soak the Medication Bottle, Mesh Cap, Mask, Mouthpiece, and Mask Adapter in the

disinfecting solution for 10 to 15 minutes.
Rinse the Medication Bottle, Mesh Cap, Mask, Mouthpiece, and Mask Adapter with

distilled water.
Gently wipe off excess water with a soft clean cloth or allow the parts to air dry in

a clean environment.
Assemble the device. Store the device in the Storage Case or in a clean environment.
