Paper Jams
Rear-Feed Paper Jams
1 Turn off the printer. Then, use the platen knob to back the
paper out of the printer.

! Make sure the printer is turned off before you open the
access cover.
2 Open the access cover. Remove the pull-up roller
assembly.
