General Information

Summary

Macintosh OS 10.2 and 10.3
The “Summary” lists all the printer settings currently

made for your print job. See “Summary” on page 169.

Presets

Macintosh OS 10.2 and 10.3
“Presets” allow you to save a group of settings which you

use for many documents, or to change the settings

designated as the Standard Preset. See “Presets” on

page 169.

Scheduler

Macintosh OS 10.3 only
“Scheduler” allows you to schedule when your job will

print and its priority relative to other jobs in the print

queue. See “Scheduler” on page 170.

Paper Handling

Macintosh OS 10.3 only
“Paper Handling” allows you to determine how the pages

in your print job will print. Choices are: Reverse page

order, All Pages, Odd numbered pages, or Even numbered

pages.

Select “Reverse page order” to print the last page of the

document first. This is useful when you are printing to

the straight-through, rear (face up) exit required for

heavy paper, labels, envelopes and transparencies.
See “Paper Handling” on page 171.
