Symptom
Checks
The system does not get on.
- Please check the external power adapter status.
Can not view the live images.
- Please check the connection of camera video cable.
- Please check the connection of monitor video cable.
- Please check the camera power.
Live images are too bright.
- Please check the input camera status.
- Please check the camera‟s brightness.
DVR stops working during recording.
- If the hard drives are full, please set the recording as overwriting.
