Scan to E-mail
Using the options available on the touch screen, you can enter e-mail information and alter
the scan output to suit your needs:

Select Subject
Select Text Enter new or edit the default e-mail
subject and text templates.
Use the on-screen keyboard to edit
the subject/text or touch the on-
screen button to select the subject/
text templates.
File Name User defined Use the on-screen keyboard to enter
an appropriate file name.
DuplexScan OFF, Right&Left,
Top Select the bound originals binding
position.
Cont. Scan OFF, ON Allows you to continue scanning more
documents. Allows you to construct a
single scan job from multiple
individual sheets or originals. Refer to
“Continuous Scan Mode” on page 109
for details.
Direction Left Edge, Top
Edge Specify the orientation of the leading
edge of the document in the ADF or on
the document glass.
Grayscale OFF, ON Select ON to print in grayscale or
black-and-white.
