Releasing the department code error
In the status column of “Fax/Internet FAX JOB” list, the job which is in “Invalid” status may appear.
In this case, release the invalid job as follows.
• Enter user information required to use the equipment from the control panel.
• Select the file with the invalid code, and press the [RELEASE] button on “Fax/Internet FAX JOB” list.
• The “INVALID” job is sent as a job of the department which the user who performed user authentication
belongs to.
