y USB connector Use the provided USB
cable to connect this to the host computer’s
USB 2.0 port.
CAUTION
If the US-122MKII is operating •
with a USB 1.1 (USB 2.0 Full Speed)
connection, the sample rate choices
will be limited to 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz.
The US-122MKII obtains power from the •
host computer via the USB cable. In rare
cases, a computer’s USB port may not be
able to supply enough power to operate
the US-122MKII. If this occurs, consider
purchasing a USB 2.0 hub that comes
with its own external power supply.
u MIDI OUT connector Transmits MIDI
messages.
i MIDI IN connector Receives MIDI
messages.
o LINE OUT L/R jacks (RCA connector,
unbalanced) These are analog stereo output
jacks.
NOTE
The line output level and the headphone
output level are both adjusted using the
combined PHONES/LINE OUT level knob.
