SYSTEM SETTINGS - PARENTAL CATEGORY

The parental category settings enable you to restrict the

playback of discs with a particular rating.
You may want to activate parental control settings if you

want to restrict accessibility to movies above a certain

censorship rating.
If parental control has been activated, it will be necessary

to enter a four digit (user defined) password before

playing a movie with a rating over the censorship limit

you have set.
To check the current parental settings:

Navigate to the Parental category of the Settings

Menu.

A window will open which will display the current parental

settings.

Parental control:
Choose this option to switch Parental Control on or off

(factory setting). When Parental Control is set on, any

the first time, the Parental Password will be required to

open the edit window. The default password is 0000. If

you have set Parental Control ‘On’, then it is advisable to

change the Parental Password to a new number. Ensure

that you have made a note of the new password.
