INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this CARVING STATION/BUFFET. This unit is designed to give
a restaurant carving and serving experience right in your home. The stainless serving pans,
the adjustable heating lamp and the bamboo carving board make this product the perfect
accompaniment to any entertaining situation.
Assembling the unit
--------------------------------------------
1. Hang the serving pans on the lower rail of the buffet station and the cutting board
on the upper rail. Make sure the cutting board’s metal handle is facing away from
the lamp assembly hole.
2. Insert the heat lamp assembly into the hole in the buffet station. Press down firmly
to make sure that it is all the way in.
3. Fit light bulb through the heat lamp and screw it into the heat lamp assembly.
Using your CARVING STATION BUFFET
After unit is assembled, plug unit into outlet. Adjust the height of heat lamp as needed.
Place meat and foods to be carved onto the bamboo cutting board. Use the cutting board to
serve food; or when done carving, place food into the serving pans underneath the cutting
board. Adjust the height of the heating lamp to keep foods warm.
