CLEANING
1. Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
2. To clean stainless steel parts: Using a slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge or towel,
wipe down the entire unit with soap and water. Dry with a soft towel and set aside.

To clean the cutting board: Clean the cutting board immediately after use with hot
water and antibacterial cleaner. Do not let the cutting board soak, as it is porous and
will absorb water and bacteria. For stains, sprinkle salt onto the affected area and
scrub with a lemon wedge. To get rid of tougher stains, you can rub sandpaper along
the grain of the wood. Pat dry with a soft towel and allow to air dry before re-use.
