Front Panel Message: Clear Jam at A, B
Solution 1: Jam at A
1 Grasp the handle under the multi-purpose tray, on the bottom
right side of the printer. Open the drawer.
2 Lift the metal plate by the blue handle.
3 Turn the knob to the left to release the media.
4 Gently remove the jammed media.
