What is the difference between quick format
and low level format?
Low level format: (same operation as
that of quick format) (4)

The main difference between the two types
of format is that low level format will
perform an error check, but quick format will
not. If you just need to erase the data on the
flash memory, a quick format is sufficient.
However, if the unit went down from time to
time, a low level format is required.
