Listening / Sleep to Radio

Note: Extend FM wire antenna fully for best FM reception. Rotate the unit, as required, for
best AM reception.
1.

Press the

On / Sleep Button on the top left to turn on the radio.

2.

Set the

Band Switch on the right side of the unit to the desired band, AM or FM.

3. Rotate the

Tuning Control to select a station.

4.

Press the

On / Sleep Button again to change to sleep mode. The sleep timer will

automaticallyshut the radio off after a set time so you can fall asleep to the radio.

5.

You can adjust sleep timer from 90, 60, 30 or 15 minutes by pressing the

On /

Sleep Button to cycle through settings. The time setting and sleep icon will be
displayed.

6.

To avoid affecting the normal alarm sound level, you can adjust the sleep volume by

pressing the

Sleep Volume Button as desired. The Sleep Volume icon will change

to show the volume setting.

7.

To stop listening at any time press the

Power Off/Alarm Reset Button to turn off

the unit.

Instant Weather

1.

To listen to Weather at any time, press the

Weather Button. The

Instant Weather

LED on the front will light to indicate you are listening to Weather Band.

2.

Set the

Weather Band Channel Selector to the channel for your area. Adjust the

Volume Control as desired. Weather Band Channels:

Ch1 – 162.400MHz
Ch2 – 162.425MHz
Ch3 – 162.450MHz
Ch4 – 162.475MHz
Ch5 – 162.500MHz
Ch6 – 162.525MHz
Ch7 – 162.550MHz

Note: While listening to Weather, only the buzzer alarm will work/sound.
Note: Extend FM antenna and adjust direction for best Weather Band reception.

Back Light Dimmer

To adjust the display back lighting brightness, press the

Snooze/Dimmer Button for

Hi/Med/Low.

Snooze Operation

Press the

Snooze/Dimmer Button after the alarm sounds, the alarm will go off and

will come on again in approximately 9 minutes. You may repeat this cycle several times
during the 1 hour alarm cycle.
