I hear other calls when
usng the telephone. • Dsconnect the telephone base from the telephone jack. Plug n a dfferent telephone. If there are
stll other calls, the problem s probably n the wrng or local servce. Call your local telephone
company.
I hear nose n the
cordless handset, and
none of the keys or
buttons work. • Make sure the telephone lne cord s plugged n securely.
Remove and re-nsert the battery. •
My caller ID features are
not workng properly • Caller ID s a subscrpton servce. You must subscrbe to ths servce from your local telephone
company for ths feature to work on your telephone.
• The caller may not be callng from an area whch supports caller ID.
• Both you and the caller’s telephone companes must use equpment whch are compatble wth
caller ID servce.
• If you subscribe to DSL service, install a DSL filter to the telephone line between the telephone
base and the telephone line jack. Contact your DSL service provider for filter information.
