Your Whistler headset is expertly engineered and designed to exacting quality standards to
provide you with reliable, trouble-free operation. If your unit has been correctly installed
following the guidelines in this manual, but is not operating optimally, please refer to the
troubleshooting guide below.

Problem: Bluetooth Headset cannot be switched on
Please check the battery status (page 10) and charge the headset if necessary. Please
make sure the headset is charged completely before first time use.

Problem: After the headset has been switch off and on again, it does not
connect automatically to the last paired device.
Please make sure that the Bluetooth on the other device is activated. Switch all devices off
and on again and put them in pairing mode. If the problem still exists, reset the headset
and pair the headset and device again.

Problem: The headset is on, but you cannot hear any sound through the
speakers.
Please check the volume level and increase if necessary. Please check if the speakers are
OK and that the USB connector and jack are fully engaged. Also, please check the position
of the speakers in the helmet.
