IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

14. Never operate fryer with oil level below the Minimum mark or above the
Maximum mark.
15. Never attempt to pour oil out of the fryer when the fryer and oil are hot,
allow to cool first.
16. Always dry food before frying, Do not add water or wet food into hot oil.
Water will cause oil to splatter.
17. Oversized foods must not be inserted into the Deep Fryer as they may
create a fire.

PREPARING FRYER FOR USE
Use deep fryer only on a clean, dry, level, stable, and heat resistant surface,
away from countertop edge.
Make sure the fryer is not connected to the electricity supply ,Remove the
frying basket, oil tank and lid, Wash these by hand in hot soapy water, Wipe
the exterior and interior of the body with a damp cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE PLASTIC BODY OF FRYER IN WATER
Dry all parts of the fryer thoroughly and replace the lid, oil tank and basket.
Always keep the bottom of the cooking pot and the heating plate clean. So
that they do not accumulate foreign substances. Otherwise it will lower the
heating efficiency and shorten the life of the fryer.
