Jackshaft Drive Belt

1.

To remove the jackshaft drive belt:

a.

Relax the belt by releasing spring tension
from the jackshaft drive idler arm using the
cold start lever.

Release

b.

Slide the idler arm release down to unlock
the idler arm from the spring lever. Then
pivot the arm up and away from the belt.

c.

Roll the belt off the jackshaft pulley and
remove.

2.

Reverse the removal procedure to replace the
jackshaft drive belt.
