Clearing a printer jam (continued)
Indicator lamp 11 or 12
When the printer indicator lamp 11 or 12 is lit, a media jam has
occurred in the printer output area.
Procedure
1. Open the printer left doors.
Warning: The area inside the left doors of
the printer reaches high temperatures. Take
care when removing a media jam in this area.
2. Remove the media jam.
Caution: When removing media, try not to
tear the media.
3. Close the printer left doors.
A message is displayed, on the printer control panel,
until all printer doors are closed correctly.
