Removing Your Modem
If you ever want to remove your USB faxmodem, follow these steps:
1 Windows 98SE/Me/2000 users: From the desktop, go to
Start | Settings | Control Panel and double-click
Add/Remove Programs. Delete your USB modem. Follow
the onscreen instructions and click Finish.
Windows XP users: From the desktop, go to Start | Control
Panel and double-click Add/Remove Programs. Delete
your USB modem. Follow the onscreen instructions and
click Finish.
2 The Modem Properties or Phone and Modem Options
dialog box will appear. Select the modem you want to unin-
stall and click Remove.
3 Shut down your computer and unplug your modem.
