Problem Cause Solution
The water filter 35 does not
stay in position in the water
tank 11. The water filter 35 is not
correctly engaged. Press the water filter 35
firmly into the tank
attachment until you feel it
engage.
The coffee grounds are not
firm but dry and crumbly. The grinding setting is too
fine or there is not enough
ground coffee. Adjust the grinding unit to a
coarser setting or use 2
spoonfuls of ground coffee.
The coffee grounds are not

finer setting or use only 1
