2.Insert Handlebars
a. Adjust Height
b. Insert and tighten threaded knob
c. Clip brake cable over frame
3.Install Seat
a. Unlock seat post clamp
b. Insert seat post into frame
c. Adjust seat height
d. Lock seat post clamp
