Adjust handlebars so there
is a slight bend in the arm
Seat height should be
adjusted high enough to
provide whatever level of
support is needed to walk
normally.
When properly adjusted:
•You will not need to support
your weight with your arms
•Be able to walk in an upright
position with good posture
•Not sit down on the seat but to
have it support you enough to
walk normally with good stability
