When do I start to exhale?

Begin to exhale the moment a new triangle appears.

Why do I sometimes see lots of triangles appear one right after the other?

This means that you are not exhaling slowly when each triangle appears. If

you slowly exhale the moment a triangle appears, the next triangle will take

a longer time before it appears. As you change your breathing, the

triangles will change as well. Simply relax and exhale slowly.

What number should I count to while exhaling?

The number you count to will depend on your nervous system.

We recommend you try different counts. For example, you can try 10

breaths with a count of 4. That is, as you exhale slowly, silently say

“1..2..3..4” to yourself. Do this for 10 breaths. Then try 10 breaths
