• Corduroy and other fabrics that start
to be glossy quickly should be ironed
strictly in one direction (along the lines)
with slight pressure.
• To avoid appearance of glossy spots
on the synthetic and silk fabrics, iron
them back-side.
SETTING THE IRONING
TEMPERATURE
• Place the iron vertically.
• Insert the plug into the socket.
• Turn the temperature control (5) to set
the required ironing temperature: “•”,
“••”, “•••” (МАХ), (depending on the
type of fabric), the (9) indicator will
light up.
• When the soleplate temperature (11)
reaches the desired temperature val-
ue, the (9) indicator will go out, you can
start ironing.
Note:
While steam ironing set the tempera-
ture between «••» and (МАХ).
WATER SPRAYER
• You can dampen the fabric by pressing
the spray button (3) several times.
• Make sure that there is enough water
in the water tank (6).
DRY IRONING
• Place the iron vertically.
• Insert the plug into the socket.
• Turn the temperature control (5) to set
the required ironing temperature: “•”,
“••”, “•••” (МАХ), (depending on the
type of fabric), the (9) indicator will
light up.
• When the sole temperature (11) reach-
es the desired temperature value, the
(9) indicator will go out, you can start
ironing.
• After you finish ironing set the control
(5) to the “0” position.
• Pull the plug out of the socket and let
the iron cool down completely.
STEAM SUPPLY
Steam supply function is useful while
ironing folds and can be used only at high
temperature mode (temperature control
(5) between «••» and (МАХ)).
When pressing the steam supply but-
ton (2) steam will go out from the sole-
plate.
Note:
In order to avoid leakage of water
from steam openings, press the ad-
ditional steam supply button (2) with
a 4-5 sec. interval.
VERTICAL STEAMING
Vertical steaming function can be used
only when the high temperature mode
is used (set the temperature control (5)
between «••» and (МАХ)).
Hold the iron vertically at the distance
15-30 cm from the clothes press the ad-
ditional steam release button (2) with a
4-5 seconds interval, steam will be re-
leased from the soleplate (11).
Important information
• Vertical steaming is not recommended
for synthetic fabrics.
• To avoid melting the fabric, do not
touch the iron soleplate to the item
while steaming.
• Never steam iron clothing on a person
as the steam temperature is very high
and it can cause burns. Use a coat-
hanger or a stand.
CARE AND CLEANING
• Before cleaning the iron, make sure
