Dana Aftermarket Group (DAG) has launched a dedicated website for its Ratio Flexibility Program. The
Dana program allows Authorized OE Dealers:
ƒ flexibility to change axle ratios in new stock trucks to meet customer specific applications for a small
administration fee
ƒ to easily change the drive axle configurations via carrier swap outs
ƒ to do axle upgrades for customers who want to add or specify product options such as Limited Slip
or Full Wheel Locking Differentials
ƒ to quickly initiate requests using online access at www.spicerratioflex.com
Using the new website, Authorized OE Dealers:
ƒ have quick access obtaining quote information for ratio flex requests
ƒ have the latest program details on-line and easy to view or print out
ƒ are able to quickly enter approved request if they know their cost and have their vehicle data readily
available.
Once a ratio flex request is submitted, Dana’s Aftermarket Technical Service group will process and
respond back to each customer. The authorized OE dealer will be contacted by a Dana representative
and given further directions. With any “approved” notification, the dealer simply contacts Dana’s
Aftermarket processing center at 1-800-621-8084 to initiate their order for replacement carriers.
NEW BILLING PROCESS CHANGE – CREDIT CARD METHOD NOW REQUIRED
Effective April 30
th 2012, customers will be required to pay all administration fees (Ratio Flex Fee,
Upgrade Fees, Engineering Fees or Late Fees) for each approved ratio flexibility order using a Credit
Card. The carrier(s) will be invoiced in the same manner as before using a dealer purchase order. When
the carrier(s) are returned back to Dana, credit only for the carriers is given. This helps promote efficiency
and minimize costs for all parties
NOTE: Credit card processing begins with ratio flex orders processed on April 30th, 2012.
